Contact Dentaltourism
Email is the fastest way to reach us. We read every inquiry personally and aim to reply within 48 business hours during weekdays.
What we can help with
- Helping you orient around dental tourism options across our eighteen Chinese cities for your specific case.
- Verifying clinic information you found elsewhere and have questions about.
- Editorial feedback, corrections, or factual updates on any of our guides or city pages.
- Press, partnership, or research collaboration inquiries.
- General dental tourism research questions where our industry background may be useful.
What we cannot help with
- Medical or dental advice — we are not a clinic and do not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
- Booking confirmation, scheduling, or pricing — these are confirmed by the clinic directly, in writing.
- Insurance reimbursement coordination — your insurer or broker is the right contact.
- Emergency dental issues — please use local emergency services or your insurance's 24-hour line.
- Tax, legal, or visa advice.
- Refund disputes or commercial disagreements with a clinic.
How we handle inquiries
- You email us with your question, treatment interest, or city of focus.
- For routing-style requests, we forward relevant inquiries to the clinic's international coordinator with light context (your stated interest, preferred timing).
- The coordinator contacts you directly through their own system.
- We are no longer in the loop after the handoff. You confirm pricing, materials, timing, and follow-up arrangements directly with the clinic.
We do not collect commissions on these introductions. The price you receive is the clinic's own price.
Response time
We aim to respond within forty-eight business hours during weekdays. For time-sensitive treatment scheduling, prefix the email subject with [URGENT] and we will prioritize it.
Top five questions we receive
1. How much does a specific dental procedure cost in China?
Cost depends on city, clinic, materials, and case complexity. Our treatment guides describe the variables that drive price. For your specific case, email us with the procedure and city you are considering, and we will share what we know.
2. Do you recommend a specific clinic?
We share clinic information that meets our editorial standards, but the final choice is always yours. We do not certify, endorse, or rank clinics. We also do not collect commissions, so a recommendation is never financially motivated. Read our Editorial Policy for our independence statement.
3. Can you confirm a booking for me?
No. We route initial inquiries to the clinic's coordinator. The clinic confirms scheduling, pricing, materials, and treatment plans directly with you in writing. Dentaltourism does not act as a booking agent.
4. What about language support?
English is our primary working language. Tier-1 city clinics with international service typically have English-speaking coordinators. For mid-tier cities, ask the clinic to confirm language support before traveling.
5. What if there is a complication after I return home?
Dentaltourism does not provide medical care or remote diagnosis. Reputable clinics with international service typically offer follow-up by email or messaging app. Confirm post-treatment support arrangements directly with the clinic before booking.
